The spindles of cnc router

Based on the cooling ways,the spindle has air cooling spindle and water cooling spindle.

For woodworking,most customers choose air cooling spindle.There is cooling fan on the spindle.

Common cnc router is usually adopted 4.5KW or 6KW HQD brand,which is cheap compared with ATC spindle.

Machine with automatically tool changer is needed using ATC spindle,such as linear type atc cnc router machine,disk type atc cnc router,

4 axis cnc router,5 axis cnc machine,cnc nesting machine. 

• HSD ATC spindle: made in Italy. The best quality spindle popular using for high specifications cnc machines.

                               And price is also higher than Chinese brand. 

• CC ATC spindle: made in China. It is good quality and durable. Most customers choose this brand since price is competitive.

  
  

For stone or soft metal working,customers can choose water cooling spindle.It can cool the spindle by water.There is input and output pipe 

in the spindle. Of course,common cnc router can also be used water cooling spindle,it is low noise.

But in the cold environment,please fill the cooling system with antifreeze as a protection against frost.
